About Us
East Yorkshire Joinery Ltd was established in 2000, and now employs a team of 10.
The team bring a wide range of skills to the Company, including extensive experience in listed building work, bespoke bench joinery, carpentry, glazing and highly technical CNC operating systems.
Our joiners have over 100 years experience within the trade between them. This ensures that even the most complicated project poses no problem, there is always someone on hand who has had experience of the required process.
We pride ourselves in producing bespoke pieces of joinery, tailored to the needs of the individual customer. The Company uses a joinery management software system, which enables Richard Porter, Managing Director, to provide a comprehensive quote in minutes, which not only gives a detailed description, but also provides full drawings. We can also speak directly to your project managers, builders and architects to ensure that you get the best service possible.
Seeing your designs come to life on our software system, and choosing the right timber for your ideas is an exiting time, and one which East Yorkshire Joinery understand needs time and care to get the right result. Therefore we ensure every customer is given our full commitment from start to finish, and we pride ourselves on the fact that we will be here to advise on suitable aftercare, so that you can enjoy your product for many years.
We have built up a very close working relationship with local joiners. Many of them have sourced their joinery work from us since we started in business. We can recommend one of them to install your finished project, if our own team are unavailable when you require fitting.
We are members of the British Woodworking Federation, and are very proud of this fact. Every member has to fulfil a rigorous checking period and be compliant in areas such as health and safety, and correct employment and joinery practices before being accepted, we believe this gives our regular customers and potential new customers the piece of mind required when employing the services of a Company. |
